No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your phone number, your consent record, and the time you gave it strictly confidential. The only parties that touch that data are the messaging platform and carriers that deliver the texts you asked for.

Information you give us, through our forms, by email, by text, or in person:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Details you enter when you register interest in or reserve a place on a journey, such as your preferred dates, room type, the people travelling with you, and your city.
• Payment records for deposits and instalments. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Your consent choices for email and text messages, with a timestamp for each.
• Anything you write to us in a message or a form.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site:

• IP address, browser type, and device information.
• Pages visited and how you reached them.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

• To answer your enquiry and to arrange the journey you reserved: confirmations, payment reminders, travel documents, and trip updates.
• To send you news about upcoming journeys, retreats, and programs, where you have asked for it.
• To process deposits and payments and keep the records the law requires.
• To run and improve the website and keep it secure.
• To keep a record of your communication preferences and consent.

You will only receive text messages from us if you have opted in. Opt-in is collected on our forms through a separate, unticked checkbox for each kind of message, and we record the time you ticked it.

• Non-marketing texts relate to a reservation you made: confirmations, payment reminders, travel documents, and trip updates.
• Marketing texts tell you about upcoming journeys, retreats, and programs. We only send them if you ticked that box.
• To stop, text STOP to +1 508-901-1549. You will get one final confirmation and nothing further unless you opt in again.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our forms, our contact database, our email and text messaging, and our payments, and only so they can do that work for us.
• Travel partners that arrange hotels, ground transport, and guides for a journey you have reserved, limited to what they need to make your booking.
• Authorities where the law, a court order, or a valid legal request requires it.

Every category above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party other than the platform and carriers that deliver the messages.

The site uses cookies to understand how it is used and to attribute enquiries to the page that produced them. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

We keep reservation and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep records of your messaging consent and opt-out for at least four years, because messaging regulations require us to be able to produce them.

• Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email.

• Withdraw consent for future messages at any time. Consent to text messages is never a condition of reserving a place.
