Text messaging terms
5 Full Circles, operated by Dawood Yasin, sends text messages to people who have opted in on our website forms. Each form has a separate, unticked checkbox for non-marketing messages and for marketing messages, and we keep a timestamped record of each opt-in.
- Non-marketing messages relate to a reservation you made with us: booking confirmations, payment reminders, travel documents, and trip updates.
- Marketing messages tell you about upcoming journeys, retreats, and programs. You receive them only if you ticked that box.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 508-901-1549. After you send STOP we will confirm by text that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again the way you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your reservation and the journeys we announce. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You must be 18 years or older to take part in the messaging program.

Use of the website
The website (the "Site") is operated by 5 Full Circles. By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is for personal use: reading about our journeys and programs, registering interest, and reserving a place. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it runs, or copy it by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
Reservations and payments
A reservation is made through the form on the journey's page. The price, the deposit, whether the deposit is refundable, and the payment schedule are stated on that page and repeated in your reservation confirmation. Those statements are part of your agreement with us.
Flights are not included unless the journey's page says otherwise. Travel insurance, passports, visas, and vaccinations are your responsibility. We will tell you what a journey requires, and we will help where we can, but we cannot obtain them for you.
Program fees are not tax deductible. Nothing on the Site is a charitable solicitation.
Content and intellectual property
Text, photographs, illustrations, the 5 Full Circles mark, and the layout of the Site belong to 5 Full Circles or to the people who licensed them to us. You may download or print a page for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
If you send us a photograph, a testimonial, or any other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give us permission to use it in connection with our journeys and programs. Tell us in writing if you change your mind and we will stop using it going forward.
Third party links
The Site links to other websites, including hotels, travel partners, and payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
A journey involves walking long distances in heat and terrain that carry real physical risk. The terms of participation, including the health acknowledgment and release, are part of your reservation and are provided to you before travel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 5 Full Circles operates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always at this address. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
